definition/objective

My name is Kiah Haslett and I am student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, class of 2011. My majors are news-editoral and economics and my minors are political science and women’s studies. I am also the health and business beat reporter for the Daily Nebraskan, the independent student newspaper on campus. I created this blog as a way to archive some of the stories I write for the Daily Nebraskan and included how I went about doing research, finding sources and some of the more memorable things I remember.

With any luck, I hope to use this blog in conjunction with my clips to feature the strength and diversity of writing and get internships.
